The popular Swiss luxury brand Piaget takes serious actions in its expansion throughout the United States. Recently the company opened a new corner store entitled The Shoppers, which can be found at The Palazzo, a new luxury retail center located in Las Vegas.
“We’ve had our eye on Las Vegas for quite some time, but everything had to be just right,” outlined Piaget North America President, Larry Boland, in a press release that was introduced on Thursday.
Mr. Boland added that the main location of The Palazzo, neighboring The Venetian, the Sands Expo as well as Convention Center along with its premium-class retail and restaurants, represents a perfect place for Piaget.
The Swiss brand’s corner at The Palazzo depicts an architecture of mixed type, encompassing both classic and modern styles. Such mix is quite typical for Piaget stores worldwide. The space occupied by brand’s store spans around 1,000 sq. feet. It is also being surrounded by 3 walls of windows that include ten standalone display units, which will house the upcoming collections.
It is interesting to note that the store will include the entire collection of jewelry and watches from Piaget. The collections will feature boutique-exclusive pieces as well as special limited-edition collector items. Among the lines of pointed out items there will be a brand new timepiece entitled “Casino.”
The watch resembles roulette and it is also hand-enameled. It features a diamond, a strap decorated with dangling, patent-leather playing cards symbols and unique pair of dice enriched with 1,056 brilliant-cut rubies along with 1,060 brilliant-cut diamonds. The actual clock is found in the place of the 6th side.
The official date of the opening was January 17. The boutique is available for its customers seven days a week and it provides private appointments as well as other services offered exclusively for VIP/celebrity.
