A new exclusive Vacheron Constantin’s boutique Petit Palais Espace has been opened recently in Buenos Aires located in the aristocratic neighborhood of Recoleta.
Vacheron Constantin’s long-term partners Fabian Guelman, Martin De Leeuw, Miriam Kohen of Simonetta Orsini and the CEO of Vacheron Constantin Juan-Carlos Torres inaugurated the new exclusive showcase – thus the largest of the Swiss Geneva-based manufacture in South America.
A project by Simonetta Orsini – the Petit Palais, a luxurious five story building – was completed December 2009. The history of the building goes back to 1926 presenting the world’s finest luxury brands.
The palace has 800 square meters and was originally created by Norwegian architect and artist Alejandro Christophersen (1866 – 1946). He also designed some of the most outstanding architectural works of in Buenos Aires. But the remodeling of the building was the work of Argentine architect Gustavo Gontovnikas.
The Vacheron Constantin Espace, located on the first floor of the building, reechoes with the design’s esthetics of the historical Maison Vacheron Constantin in Geneva. In the large VIP hall one can feel the atmosphere of comfort through the exclusive and stylish interiors with precious wood, leather and warm fine setting – inherent characteristics of Haute Horlogerie world.
